this zine is about my 3DS ( the second one because my first one broke!)
i still play it regularly, recently managing to find a physical copy of the somewhat rare game 'Enchanted folk and the School Of Wizardry' (or 'Magician's Quest)

i wanted to convey the feeling of playing each game through various illustrations and materials. i also wanted each piece to have some kind of 3D element.

★ mii maker
one of the first things i used on my 3DS, the appearance of my mii has changed multiple times over the years, none of them being accurate.

★ nintendo eshop
i spent a long time watching the trailers of games that i couldn't afford.

★ nintendo badge arcade
a game that i still continue to play to this day (i probably played it this morning). it introduced me to one of my favourite characters, the badge arcade bunny.

★ swapnote (or nintendo letterbox) / swapdoodle
i only had one friend to send messages to but it was still fun.

★ streetpass quest
the streetpass mii plaza was one of my favourite parts of the 3DS. i went to a comic convention once and got a connection from 100 people! (and then i accidentally deleted all of my data so i don't have them anymore)
streetpass quest is the only game that i've completed.
